Pros

The culture at Devoted is so warm and welcoming, everyone is always willing to help without judgement. It really feels like a giant family! We know that we're all working for the common goal of helping seniors navigate the healthcare system to get the care, attention, and love that they all need. I've never felt so empowered to make decisions based on what's right for a member. Devoted Health and my direct manager always stress how important it is for us to take care of ourselves in order to help our members. They remind us often that we can't pour from an empty cup and t's important to have that work-life balance & be able to prioritize your needs even before your job.

Cons

Things can change quickly being in a startup environment and what you were doing for a process yesterday might not be the same today. Sometimes there will be a change that is intended to fix/improve an individual process that inadvertently impacts another process. With that being said, we know that this happens because we're making improvements and getting better with time.

Pros

-Environment where feedback/sharing ideas on process improvements is encouraged and valued -Extensive training -Great pay -Great benefits package (my whole family has full insurance coverage) -Feel like you are actually making an impact on members' lives. I like that I really believe in the mission and the company does so much for their members. -Option to move up into a senior role at 6 months if you are really doing well.

Cons

It's a startup, so if constant change with things like tech due to rapid growth is something you have a hard time with, this is definitely not the job for you.

Pros

Environment is catered to professional individual growth. Cutting edge virtual clinic Team approach to all things Open forum to discuss new ideas and head spinning reaction time to said idea They care about you and the client you are serving

Cons

If you are not flexible and able to let things roll off maybe think again.. change here is constant always getting better at a fast pace. With constant change mastery may seem unattainable, but mastery can sometimes feel complacent (so if this more you.. come on)
