Pros

Great pay Extensive sick/paid time off Option for free health insurance FMLA/Medical leave options Option for Disability pay etc. Great working hours Opportunity for growth and development Ability to ascend to higher roles Great management Amazing work environment Team support and camaraderie Access to free mental health support Free calm app subscription

Cons

Mass lay offs can effect the stability of this position. Members can be abrasive as they are treated very well and can be easily put off by something not going their way as they don’t expect it.

Pros

- The ability to make a substantial impact on the health of members across 20 states (and counting!) - Leaving the day knowing you have helped halt the game of "kick the can" for patients across the country - A company that deeply cares for their members AND their employees - Great compensation, benefits, leave and a true "team" mentality - Constantly working to improve care for members, quality of work and quality of life for employees - Cutting edge technology being utilized for good! An opportunity to be at the ground level to help create positive change and "blue zones" throughout the country. - A company that values feedback (really) and is constantly striving to do better. Open and honest about challenges. - Management and CEOs who are leaders I feel honored to work with. - The culture: the people who are here know how broken the system is and are committed to doing the hard work with a lofty, but oh so important, end goal. Caring for each and every member just like family. All the time.

Cons

- Challening at times getting community providers to understand that we are on their team and not trying to "take over" their patients. We are trying to help fill gaps in care. Ultimately we are on the patient's team together with their community provider. It takes a village!
