When I was looking at what company to "bet the farm on" for the next chapter of my professional journey, I had A LOT of options. What took me by surprise after getting in here, however, was the uniqueness of the culture here. I would never work for a company where that much wasn't true. What's unique here is how authentically nice and cool the team is as well... but, moreover, how supportive this culture is.
