Pros
This company is HEAVILY invested in its culture, utilizing HR, feedback surveys, and Town Halls. They go above and beyond to support employees and even acknowledge their mistakes and take measurable steps to fix them. Thoroughly impressed with the character of the leadership here.
Cons
Still very much start-up feel, which many of us who are here actually like and prefer, but that means there are inevitably some organization issues that are continuously improving. I see it as a pro because it's easy to leave your thumbprint on this organization by introducing a new idea (leadership is very receptive and often acts on good ideas post-haste), but to others who want a more unchanging/stable environment, this company is probably not for you.
