Some general company policies and procedures do not transfer well state to state or office to office, communication between headquarters and satellite offices is sometimes lacking

Pros

Good company to get early career experience.

Cons

It is an engineering firm first and foremost. The architecture arm of Dewberry has tons of talented people, but it struggles to really develop into a top rate firm because corporate is ambivalent / out of touch with its needs.
