Pros

Pay is about right They can be flexible on work schedule Employees are educated, smart, and friendly for the most part Large cube working spaces

Cons

401K matching is only 2% and you have to be there 3 years to get it Benefits are few and far between No Bonuses Everything must be billable time so very little professional development Monotonous projects

Pros

Great people to work with. In house training opportunities and good senior engineers to learn from. Some interesting projects.

Cons

Those that are not proactive can be put in silos of doing the same task only.

Pros

Entry level employees can gain lots of experience. Which will help them land their next job or help them decide what they want to do next. Good place to start.

Cons

Even though they offer and encourage training for career growth. Once you finish the training they do not seem to value it or encourage their employees to grow in the company.
