Unethical. Look elsewhere.

Pros

The opportunity to learn from their mistakes. Some of the projects are interesting. You will likely work with a few skilled and intelligent people, but they rarely stay for more than a year or two.

Cons

As others have stated, you will be asked to work for free on a regular basis. You will have no work/life balance. You will be told to bill your time to projects you have never worked on. You will work for managers who can be described at best as mediocre salesman who are generally unqualified for their positions and lack maturity and leadership skills. The "sweatshop" reputation is valid. Thrifty to a fault. Often refuses to pay for tools needed to complete projects while wasting funds elsewhere.

Pros

There is a mixed crowd of people there at all levels and they do offer competitive pay (or at least from what i saw).

Cons

Weary on salary increases. As stated early not a place to stay for a long time. Lose key players due to branch managers being blinded. No room to grow.
