Wonderful learning experience, helpful and very knowledgeable colleagues, supportive managers.

Cons

Mostly will have to work for more than one project, its better if the managers and leads from different projects have more communication between them and understanding of the time and effort required for the tasks given to the employee.

Cons

And the majority of them will eventually move on when they realize they can do better elsewhere. In my business unit an unspoken policy is that they won't try to retain employees that bring in an offer letter from another company "because if they aren't happy they'll probably leave eventually anyway."
