Pros

Fun place to work the first year with decent pay. Parties and other activities are fun to get started in the company.

Cons

No serious effort to retain employees. No cost of living adjustments, and no raises following promotions; despite promises to give raises when offered more responsibility.

Pros

Work hard play hard is the company model. The company is very concerned about maintaining that fun culture that is often found only at a start up. For a services company, they are very employee focused. You never feel just like a number. They are working hard to make the company better every year.

Cons

The company is continuing to mature, and this means that some processes and procedures are underdeveloped. The concern about making people billable means that sometimes company objectives are neglected.
