Pros

Work hard play hard is the company model. The company is very concerned about maintaining that fun culture that is often found only at a start up. For a services company, they are very employee focused. You never feel just like a number. They are working hard to make the company better every year.

Cons

The company is continuing to mature, and this means that some processes and procedures are underdeveloped. The concern about making people billable means that sometimes company objectives are neglected.

I really like that this company treats you like an adult. No clock watchers here. Lots of opportunities to network with others in the company that don't work in the same location.

Cons

Small company, but this could also be considered a plus. There could be a little more structure, but this can and does offer flexibility.
