Pros

Worked with Dewpoint for several years. No complaints.

Cons

Most people are contracted-out, so even though you work for Dewpoint, you're working at another company (or government)

Pros

As a subsidiary to Delta Dental and a major player in a small city, Dewpoint hasn’t had to work for new business.

Cons

Don’t have the right leadership to grow There are a handful of leaders that have a voice and few of them know what they’re doing. Dewpoint is basically a Mom and Pop staffing company that thinks the want to grow but don’t want to change. Very topside heavy. Too many “big” fish in a very small pond.

Pros

This is the only placement agency in the Lansing area with a bench policy.

Cons

Bench policy comes from mismanagement of current and poor insight into future opportunities. Politically charged environment that is more about who you know than what you know. Promises of future opportunities and growth are just tools to get you in the door and will likely be ignored or forgotten.
