Pros

Decent pay structure and benefits for leadership roles

Cons

Company culture has shifted significantly and made showing up every day much more of a grind. Mass layoffs have happened 2 years running in manufacturing, and there is a lack of communication between R&D and Ops causing a lot of headache and struggles when trying to meet deadlines on projects.

Pros

Passionate, committed people Good pay and benefits Commitment to product development and helping customers/patients

Cons

Lots of restructuring the last couple of years Out of touch, legacy leadership pushes strategy down from the top instead of letting teams closer to the work make decisions Runs like a poorly organized start up and wasteful spending thinly veiled favoritism limits career growth if you're not friends with the right leaders

Pros

Great medical benefits for you and your family and even your dogs and cats.

Cons

Dexcom San Diego has turned to Research and Development and no longer provides medical sensors for production out of San Diego forcing Dexcom to layoff more then 800 full time employees who were dedicated to Dexcom.
