      Extremely stretched thin on day to day duties - good amount of lack thereof of development once at a certain title - best advice to seek a job higher than your level so you do not get stuck in a lateral promotion system

      Pros

      A lot of smart people to learn from, get to work in beautiful San Diego, some room for advancement If you play your cards right

      Cons

      a lot of unhappy people who jump ship due to underappreciation and low wages etc. There's a lot of outsourcing as well. jobs are being shipped overseas and temps are misused. some departments are amazing others subpar.
