      Working at Dexcom has been an experience that has helped me grow tremendously in my career. The robust development opportunities have helped me drive my career and within a short period of time I have added so many skills that I never thought I could ever have. Working with the company has been life changing for both me and my family due to the total compensation package. I walk in the door excited to be a part of the growth, knowing what we are doing is making a profound impact on so many lives. Working with similarly passionate, skilled, and compassionate coworkers adds even more for loving the company I work for.

      Great opportunity to learn but poor managment

      Pros

      It was a great learning opportunity. I was able to learn the regulations and GDP related to medical devices, which was helpful for me in my career going forward.

      Cons

      There was an unwritten rule that OT was required, you were not empowered to make decisions on your own, and there was also a lack of professionalism within the team and management. High turnover in many areas within the company.
