Pros

Like any company, there are opportunities to improve but Dexcom's culture is all about making improvements and learning as we grow. Management continues to be open to change while we focus on making our patient's lives better each day. We grow up every day and while things may not be perfect, the next day at Dexcom offers exciting opportunities to make the company better

Cons

Sometimes we don't need to change all the tires while driving, so someone coming in has to be ready for a little less structure but ready to work and play hard. Lower level managers need to ensure a one team philosophy across their function and with those that impact his/her areas
