      Pros

      Dexcom's product pipeline is exciting and its impact on the diabetes community is profound. The company is going through a phase change as it continues to rapidly expand the market for continuous glucose monitoring. If you truly care about the product that your company makes and how it changes lives, Dexcom could be great for you.

      Cons

      Due to the rapid expansion there are the usual issues around parking, facilities, etc. but they are fairly minor if you keep an open mind (and get in early). If you aren't good with change and find it tough to do your best work in a sometimes hectic environment, Dexcom might be difficult for you.

      Pros

      This company has a great product and is growing fast. Lots of new opportunities are being created all the time. People are leaving some of the other well known tech and life science companies in San Diego to come work at DexCom. The company culture is fantastic and we work with some very smart and talented people.

      Cons

      The parking situation at the headquarters is not the best, but they are working on a solution. If you are adverse to a changing workplace and a company that is growing it might not be the place for you.
