Pros

Company mission drives employees work ethic in order to deliver a top notch, life saving device to patients. Smart and amazing people work there. Salary and stock options are great. I recommend Dexcom to anyone applying outside of HR/ Talent.

Cons

There is more to the attrition on the HR team, specifically Talent, than the Great Resignation. There is a reason for SO many new faces and no one is looking at or asking leadership why. If not for this, it would be 5 stars.

Great product, truly saves lives and very rewarding to have been apart of that.

Cons

Growing pains were very fast-paced, and work was constantly being piled on. No real room for promotion.
