Pros
Dexcom is a great company to work for which is growing at a rate I’ve never seen in any company I’ve worked in before! There is always lots to do and many challenges which we work together to overcome but the impact our technology makes to patients lives makes it worth it. One of the main things that attracted me to Dexcom is the culture. It’s like nothing I’ve experienced before and feels refreshingly open and honest. I’m fortunate work with a great team of people, we work hard but work is fun and mostly enjoyable.
Cons
No real negatives to report. As the business grows at such a rate there are things that come up where processes haven’t yet been developed. That’s no real hardship as we can work to develop these as we go along. Finally as the business continues to grow it’s important to maintain that open and honest culture that makes working here rewarding.
