Cons

Very toxic environment, employees will attack one person and force them out. When brought to management they say it will be addressed and nothing gets resolved. Retaliation, fear and hostile environment is driving people away.

Your team, nothing else. Be easy on the worker bees who help you. They are not paid enough.

Cons

Offered a contract role? RUN Thinking you’ll stay just long enough to build your resume? Go do that at Philips. You’ll be more respected. Been here for over three years and keep hoping things will change? The grass is so much greener outside of this company. RUN You will be replaced by offshore employees soon, maybe even asked to train your replacements. Save yourself the grey hair and headaches. RUN
