      Pros

      Very good product that is currently better then the competition. Many employees have passion to bring the product to PWD.

      Cons

      Hiring is focused on diversity 1st and qualifications are a "nice to have". The problem is that existing employees have to work harder to make take up the workload and this results in employee burnout and very high turnover. Grade levels director & above are all highly regarded and compensated and everything below is treated as disposable.

      Complete benefits and has retirement after 5 yrs

      Cons

      At first it was good but changed as you go along. Too much number of calls and no time for team meetings. Almost everyday there's new process but limited time to review it.
