-Great leadership -Compensation is great. Including pay, benefits, compensation are great, more competitive than most. -Culture is excellent. Professional but fairly "chill" and generally personable amongst co-workers.

Cons

Management change management can happen more frequently than most and/or ideal, however the pro to that is that opportunities frequently occur and are frequently provided to those within.
