Cons

- Lack of vision and direction from middle / upper management - More focused on developing business processes than developing or retaining talent - Pay and opportunities are below average - Little to no career development

Pros

Great place to meet great coworkers They listen to women rights They respect most minority rights The pay isn't bad (this is the biggest pro)

Cons

They seem biased against black people (the area I work anyways) Seniority here counts. Not how hard you work. They do not remember suggestions They do not 100% care about safety They answer questions vaguely to shut you up People who do not work but are friends with supervisors will be promoted

Pros

Great people and teams, it has been a very rewarding journey. Dexcom has been very generous to its employees. Culture of wanting to succeed amongst team members. Fast paced and can get things done. Rewards for those that fit the mindset.

Cons

European organisation has less autonomy in recent years with many stakeholders requiring input and leadership now being driven from the US. Company has become more corporate and this has led to delays in implementations and increased complexity in projects. Persons in senior positions that struggle to understand their remit and fall short of the standard required. Inequalities across the same job levels. Self promotion over company interest.
