-This company will pin you against your own coworkers, it's a "every man for themselves" type of culture, you will most likely hate multiple coworkers because of this.
-Leadership has negative time to help mentor you or even bother helping you on career growth, so much is expected of every team that no one has time beyond their own position.
-Do you prioritize a healthy work/life balance? If so, literally run as fast as you can. The odds of you finding a department or team that doesn't suck the soul out of you is extremely rare.
-This company cares only for director positions and above, good luck feeling accomplished or appreciated in any role lower than that :-)
-Dexcom's middle name is turn over, people are constantly leaving, getting fired or "re-organized". You'll hear that word a lot here, "re-org".
-March is what's called the Dexit, where everyone leaves to go find new, better paying* jobs that actually care about their employees wellbeing.
-Don't even get me started on this companies diversity & inclusion......
Don't do it, just don't. Unless you have all the free time in the world and skin as thick as concrete.
