Pros

The company is growing very rapidly with more and more opportunities. Many new products and developments in the pipeline.

Cons

Dexcom is still basically a single product company. It needs to invest more and move faster than competitions.

Pros

The Stock grew really fast if you had stock options.

Cons

-Over worked (I was working 60/week to be able to keep up with my sales numbers and activity metrics -Underpaid (Was making 20/hr but the commission is all luck. It depends on which territory you get, which you can't pick. Some territories will never hit goal while others will exceed goal without doing anything) -Micromanaged (you're monitored all the time, you must make 60-80 calls a day and log ridiculous number of activities in sales force.) -Yearly pay raise was basically non existent (3% just for inflation) -Benefits are average -High turnover rate (There is a lot of layoffs for "company restructuring" and you have to reapply and interview to stay" -Poor management (no company transparency)
