      Pros

      Very focused on continued development, and not afraid to give necessary support anywhere it's necessary. Getting projects complete is flexible and fast, and is overall extremely supportive to continued development. Additionally, the culture is good, and folks overall have a pretty good attitude.

      Cons

      Rapid growth has made organization and parking, plus location upgrades, a touch difficult to sync up with other team members a few buildings away.

      Pros

      Dexcom products help many people live healthy and productive lives which is very honorable to be a part of. The technology is very impressive, and the culture is patient focused. Since starting this position I have seen a lot of growth which has been very exciting. Dexcom is firing on all cylinders with new products, new facilities, and new people. With all of these fast paced changes Dexcom has still managed to allow employees to enjoy themselves along the way. Dexcom has held numerous company events, provides opportunity for bonuses, and gives a generous amount of time off.

      Cons

      Properly scaling a business through huge growth changes is always challenging for a company, but Dexcom is managing very well.

      Pros

      I feel valued and appreciated for my work. There is constant variety of work and many different paths to get involved and make a positive difference. The company has been growing 50% yearly, annual bonuses are generous, we even just got an unexpected "thank you" bonus for December.

      Cons

      The pace is fast and there is always more work left at the end of your day.
