Company benefits are great but hoping for more great perks to make employees stay

Cons

At first the environment is fine but management are becoming toxic Dexcom is not a BPO company but most leaders bring the toxic culture of bpo that makes employees feel not to stay any longer…By their micro managing most employees feel that there is room for mistakes and all things should be perfect. Maybe it is because of the bonus that most leaders are up to. We know that all will benefit but we believe that this could happen but not to the extent that they will be the reason of toxicity.
