      Pros

      Best-in-class products which give you a sense of purpose (changing people's life), fast-paced company with product launches every year, Open-minded can-do culture, very friendly and collaborative work relationships.

      Cons

      Still very San Diego HQ centric despite its international development. Internal processes do not adjust regularly enough to the growing size of the company (approval of marketing material)

      Pros

      Being part of the team that's leading in CGM technology is rewarding beyond what I expected in a "industry" job. The social impact of what we do as well as the interest of HCPs in our technology makes us a welcome and valued industry partner and collaborator. Patient feedback makes me feel every day like a Superhero -- what we do for a living changes lives for the much, much better.

      Cons

      Hoping for wider insurance coverage so every patient on rapid acting insulin can afford to use our technology.

      Pros

      Great company to work for with many opportunities for career progression. Everyone is friendly and helpful to each other. The company care about your well being and what direction you are going in. I have to say this is one of the best places I have work - lots of variety in the job to keep your day interesting.
