      Pros

      Great people and teams, it has been a very rewarding journey. Dexcom has been very generous to its employees. Culture of wanting to succeed amongst team members. Fast paced and can get things done. Rewards for those that fit the mindset.

      Cons

      European organisation has less autonomy in recent years with many stakeholders requiring input and leadership now being driven from the US. Company has become more corporate and this has led to delays in implementations and increased complexity in projects. Persons in senior positions that struggle to understand their remit and fall short of the standard required. Inequalities across the same job levels. Self promotion over company interest.

      Pros

      Everyone who comes to Dexcom is expected to be fluent in empathy and to have a passion for helping others. You can feel that while working with other colleagues. The atmosphere at the office is quite good and it is really easy to get along with your colleagues.

      Cons

      There could be more interdepartmental cooperation and coordination, so common issues are resolved faster.
