      Horrible experience great product, don't work here

      Pros

      As a customer service rep I learned a lot about everything and was able to meet some amazing people. The potlucks and Christmas party had to be my favorite parts of the job.

      Cons

      Management is unreasonable, unreliable and they give you an excess amount of work with no resources for doing your job properly. They expect no mistakes but they are unwilling to take feedback. No opportunity for growth unless you are a favorite.

      Pros

      Work is great, people are extremely intelligent. Work load is lax, as there isnt a whole lot of change in the R&D department. Stock is on the up, company has ramped up hiring, and the product is best in the industry.

      Cons

      There are limited benefits such as 401k matching, lack of parking, lack of shuttle service. Also, there isnt a whole lot of communication from senior management to Full Time employees.
