      Pros

      Great products and people Beautiful place in the country to live Very enjoyable people to work with and interesting (life changing) projects to work on.

      Cons

      A lot of growth and speed can some times cause adjustments, yet the adjustments can be energizing. Timelines a bit compressed.

      Amazing product, saves lives... technology is the best out there for Diabetes

      Cons

      Management are all over the place, dont really know what they are doing, they show favoritism and never think things through before they act or make a decision. I have been here for over 2 years and you will never see the same faces after a couple of months because the turnover is so high.
