      Pros

      Positive environment. Open door policy. Company that cares to his employee,community and environment Management that has ears to listen and open to suggestions,comments,beliefs etc. Company that will treat you as family.

      Cons

      I hope working from home will remain after covid19 instead of working on site. It's really challenging to go to work everyday taking public transportation and stuck in traffic for 2 hours everyday just to get to work on site.
