Pros

The product is terrific, and it really helps control diabetes. Most of the lower and middle level co-workers are great.

Cons

Clueless upper management. Direction changes every few months. Pay is below industry standards, especially for female employees. Huge salary gender gap. High employee turnover, probably because workload is very heavy. Poor communication between departments, and lots of jockeying for position between managers. Company really has only one product, and no interest in developing others. The product has a limited lifespan. Don't come here if you are looking for a stable, long term job.

We regularly review total compensation so that our top performers are paid appropriately for their high performance. Solid benefits Always hiring new positions Easy to see vertical movement Monthly department events Better paying than similar medical device companies

Cons

No matching 401k Company has yet to make profit so that's a dark cloud hanging over the office environment Moving some (probably all at some point) customer ops to Mesa, AZ (goes back to the making a profit point)

-Love to work for a company where I can really stand behind the mission and values -Great culture with friendly employees and a fun environment -A lot of growth in the company which leads to exponential room for growth -A company that really values the opinions and ideas of the employees

Cons

-The growth can be a little overwhelming at times and sometimes you feel that you cannot keep up
