Pros

Some of the people were great. Solid company with a bright future. State of the art manufacturing equipment. Good pay and benefits.

Cons

Some of the most arrogant people I have ever encountered. Poor leadership in some key areas. Too much mandatory overtime.

Pros

There is some mobility and opportunity with an aging workforce. The company itself is doing really well

Cons

Management does not give you the tool to succeed and will leave you hanging. It isn't all their fault. HQ is incredibly understaffed and there is too much work to go around. People are constantly forced into situations or projects that they do not have the skills to deal with and reprimanded when things go wrong. Rules are not spelled out well (which is really bad in engineering) and you are essentially flying by the seat of your pants. I should also mention that this is a good place to gain experience but you will probably be paid less than market rate. The culture is also extremely negative.

Pros

Weekly pay is nice Decent Benefits Fast Paced Environment

Cons

Management does not listen when problems are expressed No communication between shifts I was given a bid to move to a different building and told that I would be moved when I was replaced. I have seen no bid sheets looking to move anyone to my job, nor have I seen new people come in to be trained on my job because the Plant President decided that first and second shifts were priority and ignoring third was the best way to go. Not enabled to do my job to my fullest potential.
