The post is correct, unfortunately not all our employees qualify for benefits. Those that do qualify however have the option to receive benefits that range from medical and dental, healthcare spending account, wellness account, child tuition subsidy, education reimbursement, work-from-home, and many others that ensure employee welfare.

As a rapidly evolving organization we are still finding our optimal operating balance, so unfortunately your comment comes as no surprise. We take feedback seriously and, if you are so inclined, I would like to confidentially learn more about your experience so that we may have an opportunity to learn and improve. Please feel free to send me a more detailed note to hugh.grzela@dexterra.com

Pros

The organization is a combination of several companies coming together over the past couple of years under the "Dexterra Group" banner. This means opportunities for growth and advancement are limitless. As anything "NEW" however there are opportunities for improvement. The senior leadership is strong and committed to growth and creating a positive employee experience as part of getting there. As a leader there is plenty of opportunity to be empowered and take initiative but it also means you will be held accountable for your actions. Bottom line is if you are a person who likes to make an impact and contribute to a growing organization, and you don't mind being part of a journey that includes a few bumps in the road because of how new the organization is, this place is for you. If you want to tread water and be part of a status quo, stay where you are.

Cons

Because in part Dexterra Group has grown through acquisitions the culture is still evolving. Yes, each of the companies under the Dexterra Group banner has its own culture but it will take time for everyone to align with the same values and ways of doing things. As much as that is a challenge it is also an opportunity for you to leave your mark.
