Benefits are good, the work is interesting (when not dealing with legacy code) and they adopt the newest technologies available.
Cons
Sometimes they are too democratic, on my opinion, and this leads to a lack of direction form the higher management as people decide on most aspects of the business. There is innovation on technology but they struggle to train/lead people on the business aspects of innovation.
Work with a really great team on very challenging projects. The excellence culture is very strong and out-of-the-box thinking here are encouraged. The management is very transparent, even when talking about promotions and company results, and focused on people.
