Pros
They make me think how worth it I am to work in a crappy/scam company like this. This company makes you understand who you are what you stand for, nobody should be treated the way they treat people. If it is not illegal making your employees fake experience it is unethical force them to do that and try to "find loopholes" in every inmigration law,
Cons
When I was first contacted by dextro they offered me a Hadoop training and a quick placement on a project. I first arrived and nobody else was taking there to take the training so they change me to Business analyst, then Business intelligence. If they told me since the beginning I wasn't going to get Hadoop training I'd have applied for a difference place. They offer a place to stay then I arrived and everything was dirty and smell terrible. After I start going to the training I heard people who took training before my about their resumes, fake experience and fake references. That was the point in which I knew I had to leave as soon as I can. Later one one of my ex coworkers told me they did fake phone interviews for some people and the marketing leader Chandan was verbally abusing some of them saying things like they couldn't find projects because they don't have a good English or they weren't smart enough, as well as Venkat saying that no one has a chance outside of them, which made me wonder why they hire them if they were not good enough. One of my ex coworkers had his paperwork ready to apply for H1B bur since he finished his project they stop the visa process for him. I wish there were honest review on glassdoor when they contacted me, at that time there were only what I guess now fake reviews. I forgot you are not gonna get a penny from them.
