Impressed by amount of technology, knowledge, and capitol for a company of its size. Company has survived the test of time and constantly has new technology and products in the pipeline. Most of us work on established as well as new products which helps keep things balanced. Management pushes "vertically integrated" message which means I get to expand and grow beyond my immediate field.
