DiSTI is a leader in their markets and manages growth so they don't have to do layoffs. They are hiring the right management, implementing the right strategies, and organizing to handle more growth of business and employees. Innovation and success are recognized and rewarded often. Employees are helpful and friendly.
Cons
It's been around for 20+ years and has grown slowly. Corporate strategy was lacking in the past. They are in a growth stage so organizations and assignments change more often than might be expected.
