Pros

The company did not leave us behind during the pandemic, unlike what it's main competitor did to its employees.

Cons

The longer tenured employees can be so lazy. The bonus pay for being a float is not even close to being a compensation to the cost of being one. The management in general could be better in communicating to its frontline workers.
