The supervisor and senior is very flexible with you in schedule changes you may need. Very good annual pay increase based on your own evaluation process. Just an all around easy and pleasant company to work for. Bonuses were given even in this hard economic time. It is what you make it. If you bring a positive attitude to work then you'll create a positive work atmosphere and it will affect your fellow employees positively. Same result if you bring a negative attitude to work, it will affect everyone and bring the work moral down. so leave it at home people.
Cons
Employee drama and whining brought on by competitivness. Most PSC employees are not welcoming. It feels like a divided company because of the PSC competitivness and drama. Hello people we are working for the same company! Grow up and quit your crying! I worked in the best PSC in town because my fellow employee and I made it drama and whine free! Leave the BS in high school.
