I loved my job at DLS. All the people I worked with were great. I learned a lot during my time there, and gained a lot of experience and knowledge as well! If my family and I didn't have to move, I would have stayed there for a long, long time!

Cons

Only con is the pay. It's much better now than where it was when I first started working there, but considering Hawaii's high cost of living it's not quite there yet.

-Great benefits -Diverse -Great coworkers who consistently came to work -Great culture

Cons

At the queens medical center there was no compensation for Covid patient contact even though satellite workers who helped did. All we got was a jacket and a mug. Burn out was real people called out left and right and the work load consistently increased. There’s no incentive to work hard you’ll end up doing other peoples work with no recognition and pay increases.
