A Lawsuit waiting to happen

Pros

Tons of open shifts, unlimited PTO, double time for pick ups

Cons

No accountability anywhere except for the person in HR who picks up the slack for everyone else but is always under constant pressure from corporate. Crooked nurses, employees that get away with quite literally anything (either a blind eye or a slap on the wrist), callouts 30+minutes after the beginning of the shift are accepted, favoritism unrelated to job performance, micro aggressive and dismissive nurses that worry about how things look and not how they are.

Pros

I have had a very diverse career and have been fortunate enough to have been exposed to a LOT of different companies, cultures, etc. During my time at Dial, I have been able to interact directly with the ownership, the senior executive team and individual property leaders. I cannot overstate how aligned they all are in terms of helping to give our residents the absolute best experience possible. Each one of them is incredibly passionate about senior living and it is a beautiful thing to be a part of. Of course there are hard days where you experience some challenges. Of course there are always going to be places that pay more if you look hard enough. However, the level of engagement is infectious here and everyone has the opportunity to grow themselves and their career. As part of the home office, I can tell you first hand that we are working hard on processes and communication plans to better-support our entire portfolio. I saw some comments on here that say that some of the facilities did not feel that support and it was a bit shocking. Could we be better, of course, but I am witness to the incredible support we give our properties every single day and it is awesome. If you are passionate about senior living and are looking to find a home at an awesome organization that is growing like crazy, you have found it!

Cons

We have opportunities with our training program, which we are actively working to improve.
