Pros

Dialogic is a great place to work as far as atmosphere, quality of personel, and benefits. It usually hires very skilled engineers who excel at what they do.

Cons

The company's structure is behind the times in many ways. It is very hierarchical with little down-up idea movement. It is very bureaucratic, and inflexibly outdated corporate rigidity unfortunately misses out on the flexible cutting edge agile innovations of smaller forward looking firms. Many of it's products are to little to late, from concept to market they are behind the cutting edge of the marketplace.
