If you can get attached to the business or product line that is in favor, then you have the opportunity to feel like you're part of a startup.

Cons

Dialogic is a roll-up of companies in a shrinking market and still trying to find it's way towards sustainable growth. There is not enough focus to enable good team dynamics.

Dialogic is constantly striving to innovate in order stay competitive in its targeted markets and this makes for an ever-changing and interesting work environment.

Cons

Dialogic seems to be losing more products and people than it is gaining lately. There is a constant concern around force reductions and overalll moral seems low.
