Pros

You feel good about helping people in need and there is a lot of diversity in the staff.

Cons

All of the corporate office teams are micromanaged by Dr. Salako and Dr. Alausa. The corporate office is disorganized, with a culture of blame-shifting for fear of being reprimanded by the doctors. There is seldom positive encouragement from the doctors unless its on public display (LinkedIn).

Pros

small unit, you either work MWF or TTHS, there is no rotations. Whichever days you work, you work so that means if you are on TTHS you work EVERY WEEKEND NO ROTATIONS not even for rns

Cons

In upper management and an HR, they are family. Not saying family as a team i'm saying blood related relatives or they went to school together and they cover for each other. This place is messy, Beyond the point of junior high school level. Don't complain you will be treated like crap you will work short the manager does not care when they have a manager the active manager right now is one of the worst. Area manager the District manager are all messy there are people that sit there and clock in and are not there there are people that use racist slurs but because they are close with the higher ups it's okay.
