The vision from upper management is not in line mid management. Very poor communication, clarity, and inclusion within the company. Inconsistencies with espoused vision and actual operational procedures and practices. High turnover rate in several departments really demonstrate the value Diamondback places on its people. Seemingly mundane information and often even job specific details are shrouded in secrecy without much explanation. Stuck in an antiquated method of management, operation, and development.
