Cons

Upper Management seems out of touch with what is going on. Culture tanked after the EER merger and the atmosphere quickly became toxic. This was a great company to work for prior to that.

IT Management is fantastic and continually wants to grow the stack. They're continually open to new ideas and technologies. Upper management listens to employee's concerns and there's always an open dialogue. WLB is good. There is an on-call rotation but you get a lot of support from the other members of the team when something does fail.

Cons

Hard to find any really.
