      Great company and great people. Great health insurance. Company is dedicated to attempting to create a great environment

      if you are on a job with the wrong superintendent life will be tough. Sometimes it is impossible to get out from under the wrong super intendents.

      Pros

      Strong reputation in the region, which carries weight on a résumé. Some genuinely good people who care and want to see projects succeed. Pay and benefits were competitive for the area.

      Cons

      Expectations were inconsistent: one manager would want something done one way, while another expected it done completely differently. This led to confusion, rework, and ultimately internal frustration Project leadership was uneven—Some supervisors were inexperienced or overwhelmed, which created messy projects and unnecessary stress. Limited mentorship or growth opportunities; Seemed like the only way to grow was the "good ol'boy system" Training and onboarding for new hires are almost nonexistent. I often felt thrown into situations without the tools or background to succeed.
