Pros

The atmosphere of the office is a pro for someone like myself. Everyone is very outspoken and enjoys having a good laugh. As long as you are extroverted, you should have a lot of fun working with this group of employees. Every decision the company makes is centered around the employees first, we get lots of days off and the schedule is very flexible. If you are 10 minutes late it wont be the end of the world. This is also a great position to learn in, im confident that whether i stay here or move on to something else that my time with Diedre Moire have added a tremendous amount of value to my resume.

Cons

We get a comfortable salary, but more than half of your earnings come from commission which can be slightly stressful. However if you are someone who takes ownership of their own destiny, you should be very comfortable with this particular pay structure.

Pros

I first joined the company because I wanted a full time job, but while working as a Research Analyst my co-workers helped me begin a career as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Great company culture that encourages a work hard, play hard environment with a focus on helping you achieve your goals and motivating the team. A very collaborative environment where every staff member is eager to support each other All encompassing training program covering all aspects of this business and client industries. No nights - No weekends A well defined career path with multiple ways to move forward. Get to work with people I enjoy hanging out with after hours. Earn good money with yearly increases in PTO plus extra days off for Holidays Added bonus of Lunchtime Fortnite Epic Fantasy Football League This is not a career for everyone, but for those that understand there is no such thing as "instant success" and will invest time and effort to learn the business this is a place that offers countless opportunities to achieve success.

Cons

The office can get a little cold in the winter and you often deal with rejection

Pros

The training and development is very hands on and gives every employee the chance to succeed. The team here really cares about every employee and the culture is very supportive. Daily office training allows every employee to feel like they can ask for help when they need it, while learning multiple ways to approach situations from seasoned mentors. The bonus and incentive programs make it very lucrative to those who work hard and are willing to put the time in. Generous amount of PTO you receive allows you to work hard, play hard and enjoy life. Half Day Summer Fridays

Cons

Not necessarily a con, but If you want the 9-5, start drinking at 4:30 this is definitely not the job for you. You work 8-5 (no nights or weekends), but the compensation and PTO make it completely worth it to those who are willing to learn. Have to deal with rejection daily
