Great work environment, fast-paced and growing company. Flexible hours. Opportunity to work on new problems using cutting edge technology. Room to learn and grow. Standing desks, equipment provided. Management are open and available for feedback.

Cons

Disorganization can be felt due to lack of mature business practices. To be expected given it's a young company.

Pros

- Lots of food and supplies - People are all very friendly and are ready to help when needed! - Company is improving rapidly - Nicely decorated - Extremely flexible hours - Company outings - Laptops - Employee's well-being is priority

Cons

The roles and management are not clear given it's a smaller company, but it's a working progress. Requires a bit of travelling from the metro. The room temperature varies a lot due to uneven distribution of AC, but we are moving out soon anyway!
